Chicago, Ill. - The UIC volleyball team steps out of Horizon League action on Tuesday night to host Bradley at the Flames Athletic Center at 7 p.m.

UIC leads the series, 12-11, after downing the Braves in four sets last year in Peoria, Ill.

The Flames (7-12) are coming off a weekend of league play where the team split against Valparaiso and Butler on the road.

UIC recorded its third five-set victory in 2008 against the Crusaders on Saturday afternoon in extra points.

Casie Sullivan and Katerina Hanackova each picked up a double-double, while Epiphany Davis registered a career-high nine blocks in the win.

Bradley (4-15) is looking to snap a six-game losing streak that dates back to Sept. 26 against Indiana State.

The Braves are 0-3 against Horizon League opponents this season. Bradley is led by Amy Reichel with 2.77 kills per set.

UIC returns to league play this weekend when they host Cleveland State and Youngstown State at the Flames Athletic Center on Oct. 17 and 18.
