    NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Select student-athletes from the UIC men's and women's track & field teams competed in the Dr. Gregory Invitational Saturday evening.  This meet was the conclusion of the Flames 2014 outdoor season.

    The women's team was led by junior Tess Ehrhardt, who ran in the 10,000-meter competition, placing second with a time of 35:47.09.   

    On the men's side, senior Ryan Blackmon competed in the 400-meter crossing the finish line in 51.47 seconds.

    In the field, senior Richmond Richter took third-place in the men's triple jump with a mark of 14.12 meters. 

    Teammate Dan Hinspeter leaped a distance of 6.00 meters in the men's long jump. 

    Freshman Pawel Klimek participated in the men's pole vault recording a mark of 4.53 meters.
