Ehrhardt Named Horizon League Runner of the Week|

CHICAGO, Ill. – Junior Tess Ehrhardt was named the Horizon League Runner of the Week for the first time this track & field season. The accolade comes after Ehrhardt’s outstanding performance at the Chicagoland Championships on Friday, recording a school record for the third consecutive week.
The Geneva, Ill., native set a school record in the 3,000-meter run, clocking in with a time of 9:54.74, taking home first of 49 competitors. Within the two previous weeks of competition she also set personal and school bests in the 1,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs with marks of 2:56.15 and 17:09.90, respectively.
Ehrhardt and the Flames return to action Friday, February 21 as they travel to Michigan for the GVS Tune-up.
