Naperville, Ill. - Sophomore Sara O'Mara placed sixth overall in the discus with a mark of 111'0" to lead the University of Illinois at Chicago women's track and field team at the North Central College Invitational on Friday afternoon.

O'Mara also added a seventh-place heave of 128'11" in the hammer throw.

Junior Danielle Simpson also competed in the hammer throw (8th, 126'3"), while Jessica Pancoska finished 11th in the 1,500-meter run (5:02.40).
