    Indianapolis, Ind. - University of Illinois at Chicago sophomore sprinter Jessica Fouche captured a second-place finish in the 100-meter dash (12.33) to lead the Flames at the Butler Twilight Meet on Saturday afternoon.

    Fouche also anchored the Flames' third-place 4x100 relay team, crossing the finish line with a school-record time of 47.8. Joining Fouche on the relay was Elaine Hayes, Tamika Johnson and Rowsha LaBranche.

    UIC also received a top-five finish from senior Jenni Goebel in the 3,000-meter run, with a fifth-place mark of 10:19.04.

    The Flames will be back in action on Thursday, as they will travel back to Indianapolis, Ind., to participate in the 2004 Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championships at 4:00 p.m.
