UIC Women's Track And Field Competes At Alex Wilson Invitational

South Bend, Ind. - Sophomore Sara Jeffers was the lone participant for the University of Illinois at Chicago women's track and field squad at the Alex Wilson Invitational, hosted by Notre Dame on Saturday, as the Springfield, Ill., native placed 17th overall in the 5,000-meter run with a mark of 18:20.78.
UIC will be back in action on Saturday, March 29th, as they will begin the outdoor campaign at the Wheaton Invitational at 10:00 a.m.
