    Greencastle, Ind. - University of Illinois at Chicago sophomore sprinter Jessica Fouche turned in four top-three finishes to help the Flames to a sixth-place finish at the Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championships at DePauw University.

    Fouche placed second in the 200-meter dash (25.58) and followed that up with a pair of third-place finishes in the 60-meter dash (7.78) and the 400-meter dash (57.71). She was also a member of the third-place 4x400 relay (4:02.79) that included Jessica Cwiak, Elaine Hayes and Tamika Johnson.

    Youngstown State won the overall title with 143 points, followed by UW-Milwaukee (113), Detroit (86.5), Loyola (70), Butler (57), UIC (46) and Wright State (11.5).

    Senior weight specialist Danielle Simpson finished third in the weight throw with a toss of 49'10 ½".

    UIC will be back in action on Saturday, as they will travel to South Bend, Ind., to participate in the Alex Wilson Invitational, hosted by Notre Dame, at 12:00 p.m.
