    Flames' student-athletes post 3.0 for back-to-back semesters

    Outdoor 2012: Placed 14th in the 800 at the Marquette Invite with a personal-best time of 2:41.75.

    Indoor 2012: Ran a personal-best of 1:57.90 in the 600 at the Carthage Tadd Metzger Invite on Jan. 27 ... clocked a career-best indoor 800 time of 2:48.87 on Feb. 17 at the Milwaukee Panther Tune Up.

    PREP AND PERSONAL: Four-year letterwinner in track, cross country and basketball at Thornwood (Ill.) ...
