    Kirby, Schuh, Zaluckyj Extend Track Seasons This Weekend

    Kirby, Zaluckyj head to Grand Valley State; Schuh to compete at Last Chance Meet

    Outdoor 2011: Placed first in the pole vault at the Chicagoland Classic (4/08/11)... medaled first in the triple jump at the Cougar Invitational (4/21/11) ... finish second in the triple jump at the Chicagoland Classic (4/08/11) ... took second in the pole vault at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships (5/06/11-5/07/11) ... came in third in the triple jump at the Poehlein Invitational (4/02/11) and the Stan Lyons Invitational (4/30/11) ... placed fourth in the pole vault at the Poehlein Invitational (4/02/11) ... finished fifth in the triple jump at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships (5/06/11-5/07/11).

    Indoor 2011: Placed first in the pole vault at the Dick Pond Open (1/14/11), the UWM Panther Tune-Up (2/18/11) and the Horizon League Indoor Championships (2/26/11-2/27/11) ... finished second in the pole vault at the North Central Invitational (1/21/11).

    2008-09: Named Field Even Newcomer of the Year at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...took third in both the triple jump and the pole vault at the league indoor meet...won the 400-meter hurdles at the Elmhurst Invitational Apr. 4 with a time of 1:06.47...won pole vault titles at the Chicago Duals, Viking Classic, and the Eagle Invitational...leaped to a career best height of 3.80 meters at the Eagle Invitational Apr. 18... had a career leap in the triple jump at the Horizon League Indoor Championships Feb. 28, hitting 11.45 meters...took second in both the pole vault and the triple jump at the UWM Tune-up Feb. 20...was a second place finisher at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships in the pole vault, reaching a height of 3.45 meters.

    PREP AND PERSONAL: Four-year letterwinner in track and field and two-time letterwinner in cheerleading at Crystal Lake (Ill.) ... three-time McHenry County Champions ... four-time Fox Valley Conference Champions ... reached the state finals in the pole vault on two occasions ... placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay in the state finals ... four-year honor roll member and a National Honor Society member ... four-years selected as a MVP ... biggest athletic thrill to date is assisting her team to the DI Regional at Oregon in May 2011 ... born March 13, 1990 ... daughter of Cheryl and Peter Schuh ... has three siblings, Jessica, Aimee and Jon ... currently enrolled as a biological sciences major.
