2005 Highlights: Selected as UIC's most valuable performer...picked up a pair of top-four finishes in both the 5,000-meter run (2nd, 17:32.48) and 3,000-meter (4th, 10:20.67) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...her time of 17:32.48 in the 5,000-meter run was UIC fastest time of the season and the third-fastest indoor time in the Horizon League...set the school-record in the 3,000-meter run at the UW-Milwaukee Tune-Up with a time of 10:14.82 on Feb. 19th...won the 5,000-meter run at the Tadd Metzger Invitational with a time of 17:41.79, while adding a second-place finish of 10:25.18 in the 3,000-meter run...placed third overall in the 3,000-meter run (10:28.09) in the 3,000-meter run at the Redbird Invitational on Jan. 29th...was a runner-up in the 1-mile run at the University of Chicago Open on Jan. 8th, with UIC's third-fastest indoor mark of the season at 5:27.39...won the 10,000-meter title (36:24.71) and added a runner-up and school-record mark in the 5,000-meter run (17:23.01) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...finished third overall in the 3,000-meter run (10:04.36) at the Butler Twilight...garnered a runner-up finish in the 5,000-meter run (17:43) at the Redbird Invitational...won the 5,000-meter run title at the Puma Invitational with a time of 17:59.8.

2003-2004 Highlights: Garnered All-Horizon League Cross Country First Team honors in the fall, marking the fourth straight year she earned all-conference accolades...led UIC in six of seven events she competed in during the cross country campaign...placed fifth at the Central Collegiate Championships on Sept. 26th with a 5,000-meter time of 18:05...took fourth place at the UW-Parkside Invtiational on Oct. 18th with a 5K time of 18:22...placed third at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships with a time of 18:37.50...led the team at the NCAA District V Championships, posting a 22:05 in the 6,000-meter event...placed third overall in the indoor 1-mile run (5:35.43) at the Chicago Pentangular...finished fifth in the indoor 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:43.54 at the EIU Mega Meet...raced to a runner-up finish in the 5,000-meter run (18:18.84) at the Doug Raymond Invitational...took home second-place in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:57.20 at the Big Blue Classic...gathered season-best times in the 3,000-meter run (10:21.03) and 5,000-meter run (17:41.98) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...won the outdoor 5,000-meter run (17:47.60) at the Elmhurst Invitational...cruised to a sixth-place finish in the 10,000-meter run (36:20.21) at the prestigious Drake Relays...earned a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meter run (10:19.04) at the Butler Twilight...garnered second-place honors in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 35:59.84 at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

2002-2003 Highlights: Earned All-Horizon League Team honor for third straight season in cross country...finished fourth at the 2002 Horizon League Cross Country Championships with a time of 18:02...won the Notre Dame Invite Gold Division event on Oct. 4...took fifth at the Kansas State Invitational, turning in a team-leading time of 13:12 in the 4,000-meter event...placed ninth at the Asics/Pacesetter Pre-Nationals, leading UIC with a 6,000-meter time of 21:36...missed the entire indoor and outdoor track and field seasons due to a stress fracture in her femur.

2001-02 Highlights: Enjoyed a standout '01 cross country season, posting the Flames top finish in all seven meets she competed in, including a season-best second place standing at the UW-Parkside Invitational...earned all-league honors for the second straight year after placing fifth at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships with a time of 18:05...followed that effort up by becoming the first UIC runner to take home all-region accolades after her 15th-place finish at the NCAA Regional event on Nov. 10...Took home Most Outstanding Runner honors at the Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championships after capturing both the 5,000 (17:27.70) and 10,000-meter titles...her time of 35:57.18 in the 10,000-meter run was a Horizon League meet record...both of her Horizon League titles were good for outdoor school-records...set the school-record in the indoor mile with a first-place time of 5:16 at the UW-Milwaukee Pre-Conference Tune-Up...broke another school-record and captured the indoor 3,000-meter run (10:16.98) at the Cannon IV Classic...completed her third record of the indoor season with a first-place mark of 17:51.62 in the 5,000-meter run at the Smith-Barney Invitational...placed second overall in the 5,000-meter run (17:48) at the Wheaton College Invitational...took home the 5,000-meter run title at the Kansas Relays with a mark of 17:57.37...won the 3,000-meter run (10:41.4) at the UIC Invitational.

2000-01 Highlights: Selected as the Flames' most valuable cross country runner and was named Freshman of the Year...earned Midwestern Collegiate Conference Newcomer of the Year with her fifth-place finish of 18:24 at the conference championships...was Flames No. 1 performer in all seven meets that she participated in...placed 31st at the District V Midwest Regional (3.78 miles) with a time of 21:46...broke school outdoor record in 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:39.5 at the UIC Invitational...placed first in the 5,000-meter run at the Elmhurst Invitational with a time of 18:30.97...garnered fourth-place honors in the 5,000-meter run at the MCC Indoor championships.

Prep/Personal: UIC's top recruit for the 2000 campaign...lettered all four years in cross country and track...captured three West Suburban Gold conference cross country championships...four-time All-Conference performer in cross country and track...four-time state track and cross country qualifier...two-time All-State selection for cross country...all-state selection for track in the 3200 meters...made all-academic team each of her four years...finished fifth in the cross country state meet in 1999...three-time selection as Chicago Tribune Athlete of the Week...raced 2.7 miles in 15:13...majoring in physical therapy.
