    2001 Highlights: Set school-record in the discus at the Midwestern Collegiate Conference Outdoor Championships with a heave of 100-feet, 11 inches…also earned an outdoor season-best mark in the shot-put (35” ¼’) at the MCC championships…placed third overall in the weight throw (35”7 ¾’) and fifth in the shot put (37”4 ½’) at the UW-Milwaukee Double Dual Invitational.

    2000 Highlights: Tossed shot put 37 feet, nine inches at Midwestern Collegiate Conference championships…heaved discus 81 feet, seven inches at Elmhurst Invitational.

    Prep/Personal: Lettered four years in volleyball at Reavis H.S…did not participate in track while at Reavis…two-time All-State volleyball selection at the Nike High School Challenge…born November 3, 1978...daughter of Pam Colangelo…majoring in kinesiology.
