Glen Ellyn, Ill. - The UIC women's tennis team suffered some ups and downs in second-day action at the DePaul Invitational held at College of DuPage on Saturday.

At the end of the day only Karen Liwanpo and Zvjezdana Malesevic were left in the winners bracket in singles play with the pair facing off tomorrow morning for the Flight C title. In doubles play, Jacki Farr and Ayca Gumuscu advanced to the Flight A doubles championship while Liwanpo and Zvjezdana also moved on as a doubles team to the Flight B doubles title match on Sunday.
