Chicago, Ill. - The UIC women's tennis team closed the book on another undefeated Horizon League regular season with a 4-3 victory over Cleveland State on Sunday morning.

After claiming the doubles point, the Flames top three singles positions clinched the match for UIC.

Ilinca Cristescu, a serious candidate for Horizon League newcomer of the year, defeated Jackie Tabb with a 6-1, 6-2 performance.
