Chicago, Ill. - The University of Illinois at Chicago women's tennis team is perfect.

After defeating Butler on Friday afternoon, 7-0, the Flames improved to 7-0 in Horizon League action, winning the matches by a combined 49-0.

It was Senior Day for the Flames and seniors Alyson Stalzer, Karen Liwanpo and Britta Dohmann all had wins on the day.

Fellow senior Kim Harris did not play, as she is nursing an injured wrist.

Stalzer and Liwanpo won the No.3 doubles match, 8-4, while Liwanpo also won her No.4 singles match over Molly Figel of Butler, 6-2, 6-4.

Nicole Derouin teamed with Ayca Gumuscu for a win at No.1 doubles, 8-4, while Dohmann paired with Zvjezdana Malesevic for the No.2 doubles win, 8-6.

Derouin made quick work of Amy Steiner at No.1 singles, winning easily, 6-1, 6-1.

Gumuscu, Dohmann, Zvjezdana Malesevic and Zorica Malesevic rounded out the winners in singles play for the Flames.

UIC now heads into next weekend's Horizon League Championships as the No.1 seed and tournament favorites. The Flames are looking for an unprecedented sixth-straight league title in Indianapolis.
