CHICAGO - The UIC women's tennis team has yet to drop a point to the competition this weekend after sweeping Detroit, 7-0 on Saturday at Flames Courts.

The Flames (12-7, 7-0 Horizon) opened the outing with three doubles victories, not letting up more than four points per match on their home turf.

In singles play, UIC faced a bit of a challenge as three matches went to tiebreaking third sets, but all went the way of the home squad, as the Flames swept all matches for the second consecutive day.

UIC will close out the regular season with Green Bay tomorrow at 11 a.m.
