Boise, Idaho - The Big Sky was the scene for some big play courtesy of the University of Illinois at Chicago women's tennis team on Friday, as the Flames beat Montana, 5-2 at the Boise State Invitational.

UIC picked up the doubles point via wins from the Britta Dohmann / Zvjezdana Malesevic team at the No.2 slot and the Alyson Stalzer / Karen Liwanpo duo at No.3 doubles.

Liwanpo was inserted into the No.4 singles slot and responded with a 6-2, 7-5 victory over Montana's Lyndsey Torgerson.

Nicole Derouin was moved to the No.2 slot and she picked up the victory with a 3-6, 6-2, 6-1 triumph over Molly Sanders.

Dohmann and Zorica Malesevic were also singles winners for the Flames against the Grizzlies.
