Champaign, Ill. - The UIC women's tennis team fell to 1-1 on the season as they were swept, 7-0, at #33 Illinois on Saturday afternoon.

In singles play, the Flames were unable to steal a set from the Illini, but in doubles the tandem of Jacki Farr and Nicole Derouin took Illinois top singles duo to the wall before falling 9-7.

UIC is back in action on Friday, Feb. 2, when they travel to DeKalb, Ill., to take on Northern Illinois.
