1998-99: Became the first player in UIC history to post three consecutive 20-win seasons in singles play...named to the All-MCC team for the third straight year...posted a 22-17 singles record including a 13-5 mark at No. 3...won 11 of her last 14 singles matches of the season...was the No. 3 singles champion at the MCC Championships as she defeated Jill Kenamond of Butler, 6-4, 6-2...posted a 6-5, 6-4 victory over Jill Katzenberger of Cal Santa Barbara...also defeated Sitinee Rangsithienchai of Minnesota, 6-3, 6-2...teamed with Sara Jackson for a 20-17 doubles ledger...the duo competed at the ITA Midwest Region Championships in November.

1997-98: Named to the All-MCC team for the second consecutive season after going 23-13 in singles action...first player in UIC history to post back-to-back 20-win seasons...won seven of her final eight singles matches of the season...was 11-6 at the No. 2 singles slot...teamed with Sara Jackson to post a 14-7 record in doubles competition including a 10-5 mark at the top position...posted singles victories over Laura Gross of Loyola Marymount (6-3, 2-6, 7-6) and Andrea Avent of Long Beach State, two top 100 ranked schools...cruised to the No. 3 singles championship at the MCC Championships, crushing DeeAnn Yunk of Wisconsin-Green Bay, 6-0, 6-0...her 23 singles victories is a tie for the fourth-most in a single campaign in school history.

1996-97: All-MCC selection...UIC co-MVP along with Michelle Glendenning...posted a 20-14 singles record...was nearly unbeatable at the No. 3 slot, posting a 14-2 ledger...joined Bree Bennett as the only Flames to win 20 singles matches...posted a 6-1, 6-4 victory over Kim Nelson of Northern Illinois at No. 3 singles in the final round of the MCC Championships...teamed with Sara Jackson to compile a 20-10 record in doubles competition...paired with Jackson for a 15-6 record at the No. 1 slot...overall doubles record was 22-13...won her final 10 singles matches.

Prep/Personal: Was ranked No. 1 in the Chicago District Tennis Association at the end of her senior season and was 37th in the Westerns rankings...named the team's Most Valuable Player three seasons after finishing among the top 20 in the state tournament each year...her best finish was 13th during her junior campaign...lived in Bosnia for most of her life, but came to the United States prior to high school...daughter of Almara Curic...born November 7, 1978...majoring in business.
