Chicago, Ill.- Nine UIC swimmers qualified for Saturday's finals session during the last leg of prelims of the 2007 Horizon League Swimming & Diving Championships at the UIC Natatorium.

The Flames sent four men and two women to the 100 free finals for their largest event representation of the night.

Cameron Seebeck (:46.06), Dan Hare (:46.09), Brenden Dougherty (:46.19) and Blake Booher (:46.26) finished 2-3-4-5 during the men's preliminary run.

Andrea Giczewski posted a :52.34 in the women's 100 free prelims, followed by Kelly Hyatt's :52.51.

Jessica Darud (200 back), Andy Peterson (100 back) and Jason Dews (200 fly) also moved on to the last finals session.

The 2007 Horizon League Swimming & Diving Championships conclude on Saturday night with the last set of finals beginning at 6:00 p.m.
