Chicago, Ill. - The UIC men's and women's swimming and diving teams have a few weeks off to taper for the Horizon League Championships, which will be held at Cleveland State University from Feb. 26-Mar. 1.

That lay-off will be much easier for the Flames after both teams defeated Valparaiso at home on Friday with ease.
