It came down to the wire for both the University of Illinois at Chicago men's and women's swimming and diving teams, but the Flames fell a bit short in their bid for victory against the Eastern Illinois Panthers on Saturday.

The men dropped a 130-107 decision to Eastern Illinois, while the women fell 125-118 at the Lantz Natatorium.
