A Word From UIC Softball Outfielder Courtney Heeley

CHICAGO – Junior Courtney Heeley was interviewed by Kyle Binder after being selected as the Horizon League Player of the Week earlier this week. The outfielder discusses the season leading up to conference and how the team has been preparing for conference play. UIC was scheduled to face Green Bay Saturday to open conference play, but due to field conditions and frigid temperatures the games have been cancelled with the possibility of being rescheduled at a later date.
