    TUCSON - Whitney Orellana will take to the circle as the UIC softball team opens the Wildcat Classic, hosted by the University of Arizona, this afternoon.

    The contest, originally scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. start was pushed back by earlier games in the tournament, but the Flames enter Hillenbrand Stadium ready for a match-up against their Big Ten competition.

    When the two sides met last season, Orellana threw the Flames first no-hitter in three seasons in an 11-0, five inning victory at the Cardinal Tournament in Louisville, Ky on Mar. 15.
