2001: Took over the leftfield position for UIC, starting in 58 games…batted a career-best .311 with four home runs and a personal-high 20 RBI…named to the Midwestern Collegiate Conference All-Tournament Team after batting .545 in the Flames’ four games, helping guide her team to the tournament title…named MCC Player of the Week on April 2 after knocking out a game-winning homer versus Georgia Tech, then lacing a game-winning single versus Oakland just days later…team leader with nine stolen bases…hit two home runs and drove in five in a 3-for-4 effort at Detroit on April 21… provided the game-winning solo home run in the 10th inning versus Butler on April 29 as UIC prevailed 4-3…had 15 multi-hit games to her credit during her junior season and six multi-RBI outings…tallied a pair of seven-game hitting streak during the year.

2000: Appeared in 63 games for UIC, starting in 56…set single-season bests with 32 hits, three doubles and four home runs…helped the Flames to their third-straight MCC Tournament title as she went 2-for-3 with a home run in UIC’s semifinal win over Wright State…was 2-for-3 with a season-best three RBI versus Baylor on February 12…tied Samantha Iuli for fourth on the team in home runs with four…stole eight bases, second-best on the squad, in ten attempts during the season.

1999: Saw action in 48 games…set an MCC Championship record with six RBI in a 13-3 victory over Wisconsin-Green Bay…clubbed a grand slam and also had a two-run double in that game…had driven in just seven runs all season prior to that outburst…went 3-for-3 in the UWGB game while also scoring a pair of runs…was named the Batting Champion of the MCC Championship for hitting .571 (4-for-7) with eight RBI, three runs scored and a pair of doubles…smacked a pinch-hit home run in a win over Youngstown State…picked up her first collegiate hit in her first at-bat against Arizona…started eight of the last nine games of the season.

High School: Three-time selection to the Mid-Illini Conference First-Team…also a three-time Journal Star All-Metro pick…named to the IHSA State Tournament Team on three occasions…chosen to the Pantagraph All-Star Area Team…Super 60 selection…recipient of the Mid-Illini All-Conference Athletic and Academic Award…helped Morton to three conference championships and four state tournament appearances…nominated for the State Hitting Derby…lettered four years in softball and three seasons in volleyball.
