    Softball Leads Horizon League With Season Accolades

    Senior Devin Miller was named the Pitcher of the Year .

    AS A JUNIOR (2012): Leading batting average each week of the season, except one ... First Team all-Horizon League selection ... First Team College Sports Madness ...named the Horizon League Player of the Week on April 23 ... compiled a .391 average to pace the Flames ... tied for the third-most home runs with five ... posted the highest slugging and on-base percentage with .543 and .474, respectively ... started and played 50 games in centerfield ... missed one contest due to an injury ... compiled 59 hits and 31 runs in 151 at-bats ... had six doubles ... posted 17 RBI.

    AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Played in 29 and started eight games ... collected her first career home run in a 17-6 victory over Valparaiso on April 3.

    AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Picked up a bunt single in her first career at-bat ... Two-time starter in the outfield against league opponents Butler and Cleveland State ... Scored the game-tying run to force extra innings at Youngstown State on April 25 ... First career double came against Indiana in Las Vegas on February 19.
