1998: A Third-Team All-America selection by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, the first player in UIC history to receive such an honor…First Team All-Great Lakes Region selection…was second in the nation with 32 wins…also ranked nationally in ERA and strikeouts per seven innings…three-time Midwestern Collegiate Conference Pitcher of the Week and was also once hailed as the Player of the Week…became first player in conference history to sweep both awards in the same week on March 30…had nine games of 10 or more strikeouts…threw a no-hitter against Radford…was the Most Valuable Player of the Buzz Classic… played first base, pitcher, designated player and third base… batted .383 (51-for-133) with 36 RBI and eight homers from March 7, on…threw 39 straight scoreless innings in March…also won 12 consecutive decisions in late March through early April…team MVP…named MCC Player and Pitcher of the Year, the first player to sweep both awards in the same year since 1994…MVP of the MCC Championship after going 2-0 with a save and a 0.00 ERA in three appearances…had a 15-game hitting streak in March.
