    Freshman Bridget Boyle captured her first collegiate win inside the circle.

    AS A FRESHMAN (2012): A true utility player as she appeared at several different positions, including catcher, shortstop and second base ... played in 36 games, while starting in 27 of them ... collected eight runs, 16 hits, seven RBI and 19 total bases in 82 appearances at the plate ... had a slugging percentage of ..232 ... on-base percentage of .241 ... .971 fielding percentage with 116 putouts and 30 assists with a mere four errors.
