2001: Appeared in just six games before a back injury sidelined her for the season…collected a 1-1 record with a 1.43 ERA in her brief stint as a freshman…earned her first collegiate victory in a complete-game win over Stephen F. Austin on Feb. 19 at the Houston Invitational.

Prep: Decorated athlete and four-year varsity letterwinner at Centennial High School in Peoria, Ariz…four-time All-West Valley Region honoree, taking home honorable mention honors as a freshman and sophomore and first-team recognition after her junior and senior years…never let her ERA slip over 1.00 in her four years on the mound…her junior season was her most impressive, posting a 14-2 record with 92 strikeouts and a 0.22 ERA…was equally hot from the plate that year, winning the “Hot Bat” award with a .342 average..set school records for wins in a season (14), career ERA (0.68) and single-season ERA (.22) at Centennial…helped lead the Coyotes to regional titles in 1997, 1999 and 2000, as well as a state tournament berth in each of her four years.
