    Courtney Heeley Named College Sports Madness Player Of The Week

    Heeley hit a grand slam during the three-game series with Valparaiso.

    AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Played and started in all 49 games ... scored 12 runs and tailed 24 hits ... had one home run against Towson (March 18) ... posted a season-high five game hitting streak (April 9 - April 17), all but one in league play ... had four multi-hit games, two in league play ... drew 11 walks on the season.

    AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10): First career double came at Youngstown State in a 12-inning victory on April 25 ... season-best three-game hitting streak fell amidst league play against Valparaiso and Green Bay from April 18-21 ... pair of two RBI contests on the year against Minnesota (March 12) and San Diego (March 19) ... improved batting average to .152 in 19 league contests, with six walks and seven hits.
