East Lansing, Mich.- Senior Alyson Cacciatore's impressive two-win showing and Jessie Jaworowicz's balance beam victory backed a stellar road showing by the UIC women's gymnastics team on Saturday afternoon as the Flames took second place against the Big Ten's Michigan State and Midwest Independent foe Illinois State at Jenison Field House in East Lansing, Mich.
UIC posted a 193.900, edged only by the host Spartans and their score of 194.725. Illinois State scored 190.600 for third place at the meet.
