Kay Yow Cancer Fund
The "Cold Water Challenge"
UIC assistant women's basketball coach Tiffany Sardin accepted the #Chillin4Charity Cold Water Challenge on Friday (June 27) to help raise money and awareness for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
Sardin was called out by Clemson Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator Daryl Oliver and Illinois State Assistant Coach Erin Dickerson to take the challenge. Sardin issued some challenges of her own, calling out UIC head coaches Howard Moore and Regina Miller in addition to Wright State's Director of Operations (and former UIC assistant coach) Jenni Dant.
Once a coach is challenged on Twitter they have 48 hours to respond. Any head coach that does not answer the challenge owes the Kay Yow Foundation $250. For each head coach that does answer the challenge, the original challenger will owe $50. Assistant coaches that do not answer the challenge will owe the Kay Yow Foundation $100. For each assistant coach that answers the challenge, the challenger will owe the Kay Yow Foundation $25.
