Women's Basketball Game Notes in PDF Format Get Acrobat Reader

Chicago, Ill. - The UIC women's basketball team hosts Cleveland State on Thursday night at the UIC Pavilion. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

The Flames lead the series, 27-21. UIC fell to the Vikings in its first meeting this season on Jan. 5 in Ohio.

UIC enters the contest 9-18 overall and 5-11 in Horizon League play. Cleveland State is 15-12 overall and 9-7 in conference action.

Jessie Miller leads UIC with 13.4 points per game, ranking tenth in the league. Nikki Grobbecker averages a team-high 6.6 rebounds per game. Cassie Johnson ranks first in the league with 36 blocks.

Cleveland State's Kailey Klein averages a team-high 19.2 points. Dominique Butler paces the Vikings with 5.7 rebounds.

The Flames conclude regular season action on Saturday, March 8 when they host Youngstown State at 3 p.m. at the Pavilion. Senior Day will be celebrated prior to tipoff.
