Women's Basketball Seeks Seventh Straight Win Against Loyola On Thursday

Chicago, Ill. - The University of Illinois at Chicago women's basketball team will look for its seventh-straight victory on Thursday night, as the Flames will travel to Rogers Park to square off with Loyola for a Horizon League tilt at 7:00 p.m. in the Gentile Center.
UIC (10-11, 7-3 Horizon League) is coming off of a 63-48 victory over Detroit on Saturday afternoon, led by a double-double of 12 points and 15 rebounds from senior forward Dejeanette Flournoy.
Loyola (5-14, 2-6) was unable to contain the torrid shooting of league-leading UW-Green Bay on Saturday, as the host Phoenix converted 58.5% (38-for-65) from the field on their way to the 95-67 win over the Ramblers. Ramblers' guard Ciara Henderson led the way for Loyola with 20 points, including six three-pointers.
