    Chicago, Ill. - University of Illinois at Chicago received double-doubles from both junior forward Dejeanette Flournoy and sophomore point guard Chrissy Dizon en route to the 72-60 non-conference victory over Portland State at the UIC Pavilion on Saturday afternoon.

    Flournoy had 12 points and 10 rebounds, while Dizon chipped in 11 points and 10 assists.

    UIC also received a career-high from freshman guard LaShonda Grant (11 points, three treys).

    With the victory, UIC improves to 5-4, while the Vikings fall to 2-8 on the campaign.

    Portland State forward Sarah Hedgepeth led the Vikings with a game-high 25 points.

    UIC will be back in action on December 30th, as they will travel to Rogers Park to square off with cross-town rival, Loyola, at 7:00 p.m. in the Gentile Center.
