    Detroit, Mich. - Senior guard LeKesha Williams tallied 27 second-half points en route to a career-high 30 points to help the University of Illinois at Chicago women's basketball team to the 84-81 come-from-behind overtime Horizon League victory over host Detroit at Calihan Hall on Saturday afternoon.

    With the victory, UIC improves to 15-10 overall and 9-5 in the Horizon League, while Detroit falls to 7-18 on the campaign and 5-9 in league play.

    UIC also received solid efforts from senior forward Jaysie Chambers (18 points, 8 rebounds), junior forward Tina Thompson (16 points) and senior center Zsuzsa Tarnai (12 points).

    UIC was strong on the defensive end as the Flames notched 22 steals and forced 27 turnovers. Freshman point guard Chrissy Dizon (6 points) led the way with a team-season high eight swipes.

    Lindsey Pasquinzo led four different Titans in double-figures with a team-high 17 points, followed by Lori Wild (16 points, 13 rebounds), Sara Crum (13 points) and Katie Solner (13 points).

    UIC will be back in action on Wednesday evening, as they will host cross-town rival, Loyola at 7:00 p.m. in the UIC Pavilion.
