AS A SENIOR (2011-12): Named to All-Horizon League First Team and All-Defensive Team...Preseason All-Conference First-Team Selection and Horizon League All-Tournament Team honoree...two-time conference player of the week during her senior season...led the team in scoring (17.7 ppg), rebounding (9.7 rpg), assists (4.3 apg), steals (2.5 spg) and blocked shots (28)...only player in the Horizon League to rank top five in scoring, rebounding, assists and steals...notched 13 double-doubles and 26 10-plus point performances...recorded back-to-back career-high 30-point games against SEMO and St. Louis, becoming first UIC player to do so since 1994-95...posted a career-high 17 rebounds against Central Methodist (11/25/11)...dished a career-high eight assists at YSU (1/14/12)...ranks sixth in single-season performance in points (549), rebounds (300) and assists (133)...ended her career as third all-time leading scorer (1,535 points), third all-time leading rebounder (1,018 rebounds), tied for third in steals (258) and made field goals (552), seventh in blocks (84), free throws (381) and FG percentage (.492) and eighth in assists (322)...as of 2012 she stands as the only UIC player in program history to record over 1,500 points, 1,000 rebounds, 300 assists and 200 steals.
AS A JUNIOR (2010-11): Led the Flames and ranked third in the Horizon League in rebounding (9.3 rpg) ... also ranked third in the conference in steals (2.5 spg), 10th in field goal percentage (.462) and 20th in scoring (10.5 ppg) ... recorded a team-high eight double-double efforts ... scored a career-high 28 points in Horizon League Quarterfinal game at Cleveland State on March 9 ... marked the second straight season in which Bailey scored a career high in the quarterfinal game at Cleveland State ... led Flames in rebounding in 23 of 30 games ... recorded a season-high 13 rebounds on four occasions, most recently on Feb. 26 against Wright State ... recorded three blocks versus Loyola on Feb. 5 ... logged a season-high six steals in a win over Northern Illinois on Nov. 30 ... named to Preseason Horizon League First Team.

AS A FRESHMAN (2008-09): Horizon League Newcomer of the Year and Horizon League All-Newcomer Team member ... led UIC in rebounding (6.5 rpg) while rating second on the squad in scoring (10.4 ppg) and total steals (47), and fourth in assists (1.9 apg) ... scored in double figures in 17 games this season while topping the 20-point plateau on two occasions ... recorded a double-double in her collegiate debut with 11 points and 12 rebounds against Bradley on Nov. 22 ... scored a career-high 23 points in UIC's win over Detroit on Jan. 5...tallied 21 points at San Diego on Dec. 28 ... named Horizon League Player of the Week on Dec. 29 after averaging 18.5 points and 7.0 rebounds per game in UIC's two contests during the period ... dished out a season-high six assists at Valparaiso on Jan. 15 ... totaled 11 points and seven rebounds at Wright State on March 7 ... scored 14 points and pulled down a team-high seven rebounds versus Cleveland State on Feb. 26 ... tallied 12 points and four rebounds at Detroit on March 5.
