Milwaukee, Wis. - The University of Illinois at Chicago men's track and field received victories from seniors Rich Daubert, Bob Thurnhoffer and junior Gabe Rivera as the Flames went winless at the UW-Milwaukee Tune-Up at the Klotsche Center on Saturday afternoon.

Daubert captured the 1000-meter run title with a mark of 2:31.52, followed by Rivera (6.6, 55-meter dash) and Thurnhoffer (long jump, 21'3 ¾").

The Flames lost their meets to the host Panthers (94.5-48.5), Loyola (71-64) and Marquette (71-64).

Junior Nick Gazis took home a second-place finish in the weight throw with a toss of 49'3".

UIC will be back in action this weekend, as the Flames will travel to Indianapolis, Ind., to participate in the Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championships on Friday and Saturday.
