    2004 Highlights: Captured two first-place finishes in both the long jump (20'7 ½") and the triple jump (44'3 ¼") at the Lewis Indoor Qualifier...won the long jump event at the UW-Milwaukee Quadrangular with a leap of 21'3 ¾"...picked up fifth-place finishes in both the long jump (21'8 ¼") and triple jump (45' ½") at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...earned a first-place finish in the triple jump (44'2") and a third-place finish in the long jump (20'6 ¼") at the Wheaton Invitational...placed fifth in the triple jump (44'11") at the Chicagoland Championships...took home two first-place finishes in the long jump (6.45m) and triple jump (14.02m) at the Old Fashion Track Meet...garnered a runner-up finish in the triple jump (44'11 ½") at the Butler Twilight Meet...captured two fourth-place finishes in the long jump (21'10") and triple jump (45'4 ½") at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...picked up a personal-best mark of 46'6 ¾ in the triple jump at the North Central Invitational.

    2003 Highlights: Turned in a second-place performance in his 200-meter dash heat (25.31) at the Badger Track Classic...finished eighth overall in the long jump (20'11 ¼") at the Kent State Invitational...took home an eighth-place finish in the triple jump (45'5 ¼") at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...holds UIC's top mark in the indoor long jump with a mark of 21'10 ¼" at the Eastern Illinois Mega Meet...owns UIC's top leap in the outdoor long jump (21' ¼") at the Elmhurst Invitational.

    2002 Highlights: Used season as redshirt campaign and will retain two years of eligibility.

    Prep/Personal: Transferred from the College of DuPage...helped College of DuPage to a pair of top-five finishes at the NJCAA Division III nationals...member of two-time Region IV championship teams...placed second in the long jump at the 2000 Region IV championships...placed sixth in the triple jump at the NJCAA Division III national championships...took home triple jump titles at the Region IV and Super regional championships...son of Leslie Sechter...born on June 20, 1981...majoring in community physical education.
