2003 Highlights: Was a member of the first-place distance medley relay (10:42.37) at the Lewis Friday Night Series #1…finished third in the 400-meter dash at the Lewis Friday Night Series #1 with a time of 52.93…captured fourth-place honors in the 400-meter dash (52.61) at the Lewis Friday Night Series #3…ran a season-best time of 51.76 in the 400-meter dash at the Horizon League Indoor Championships…was a member of the third-place 4x400 relay at the Indoor Championships…ran the second-fastest team time in the 400-meter hurdles with a mark of 1:00.3 at the Boilermaker Invitational. 2002 Highlights: Was a member of the school-record setting Distance Medley Relay (10:16.7) at the Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championships…placed third overall in the 1,000-meter run (2:30.89) at the UW-Milwaukee Quadrangular…turned in a season-best time of 1:56.18 in the 800-meter run at the Canon IV Classic…garnered fourth-place honors in the 3,000-meter run (8:50) at the UW-Milwaukee Open…missed much of the outdoor season with an injury…earned an outdoor-season best time of 52.45 in the 400-meter dash at the Elmhurst Invitational. 2000-01 Highlights: Earned Co-Most Valuable Runner honors after a solid cross country season…was the Flames No. 1 man at the Division I Midwest Regional (6.1 miles) with a time of 32:55 and the five-mile UW-Parkside Invitational (27:14)…member of MCC Outdoor Champion 4x400 relay team (3:19.75)…was Flames’ top man in the mile-run (4:38.53) at the Illinois State Redbird Open…placed fourth in the 1,500-meter run with a season-best time of 4:03.58 at the UIC Invitational…took home a season-best time of 1:56.00 in the mile-run at the Butler Twilight Invitational...recipient of the Thomas Beckham Award. 1999-2000 Highlights: Selected as most improved cross country runner…was among UIC's top five in six cross country meets…crossed finish line of Loyola Invitational at 26:33…finished second among teammates with a time of 27:36 at the Midwest Collegiate Conference cross country championships…coasted to a 4:30.87 mile at Lewis Indoor Track Open…finished 1000-meter run at Lewis Indoor Track Invitational in 2:37.1…missed outdoor track season due to knee injury. 1998-99 Highlights: Participated in only four cross country races due to injuries…was the second Flames runner across the finish line at the UIC Home Opener (21:52)…competed in the 1500m and 800m in track…placed eighth in the 1500m run (4:10.10) at the Wheaton Invitational…took fifth in the 800m (1:58.96) at the Chicagoland Championships…recorded season-best 800m time of 1:58.62 at the MCC Outdoor Championships.
