2004 Highlights: Steadily improved as the season progressed to post a solid 27:13.21 at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships...was the Flames' third-best finisher behind Mikhail Davidyan and Jose Macias at the league championships and the NCAA District V Championships...turned in a regional performance of 34:05 in the 10,000 meter course...8,000-meter season-best mark achieved at Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational on Oct. 4th with a 26:50, the second-best time on the team at the event...ran a 27:09 course at the Midwestern Collegiate Championships on Sept. 20th...opened the season at the UIC Home Opener on Aug. 30th with a 4.1-mile time of 21:52...did not compete during the spring track and field campaign and will retain two years of eligibility.

2003 Highlights: Ran a season-best 4:48.55 in the mile-run at the Lewis Friday Night Series #3...owns UIC's fourth-best indoor mark in the 3,000-meter run (9:10.77)...picked up an outdoor-season best mark of 4:23.02 in the 1,500-meter run at the Butler Twilight...captured UIC's second-fastest 5,000-meter outdoor run time of 16:20.73 at the Lee Calhoun Memorial Meet.
