2004 Highlights: Holds UIC's second-fastest, 10,000-meter outdoor run with a time of 34:02.91 set at the Chicagoland Championships...finished the 1-mile run at the Chicago Pentangular in 4:50.08...posted outstanding rookie campaign, leading the Flames in three fall races, including his team-best 26:44.83 at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships that earned him 24th place...made UIC debut at the 2003 UIC Home Opener on Aug. 30th, finishing 14th with a 21:33 in the 4.1-mile event...finished with a 26:35 at the Midwestern Collegiate Championships...turned in a career-high 8,000-meter time of 26:02, the best mark on the team in 2003, at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational on Oct. 4th...snatched 24th place at the 78th Annual Central Collegiate Championships with a 26:41.45...wrapped up stellar cross country season with a 33:41 in the 10,000-meter event at the NCAA District V Championships.

2003 Highlights: Did not participate in the track and field campaigns and will retain all four years of eligibility.
