Indoor 2012: Ran a personal-best time of 9:23.23 in the 3,000 at the Dick Pond Open to place 11th ... placed fourth in the 800 at Dick Pond with a time of 2:03.92 ... ran career-best mark of 4:29.42 at the Horizon League Championships.

Outdoor 2011: Placed third in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Cougar Invitational (4/21/11)... took fourth in the 400 meter hurdles at the Cougar Invitational (4/21/11)... finished sixth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in the Horizon League Outdoor Championships (5/06/11-5/07/11).

Indoor 2011: Placed 10th in the mile run at the North Central Invitational (1/21/11) and 12th at the UWM Panther Tune-Up (2/18/11).

2008-09: Posted a career-best time in the 800-meter at the Horizon League Indoor Championships Feb. 28 with a time of 1:56.53...also improved his career best in the one-mile run with a time of 4:29.51 at the Chicagoland Championships Feb. 13...his one-mile indoor time was good for second best on the Flames' squad...recorded new career-bests in the 400, 800 and 1,500-meter races during the outdoor season...topped UIC for the season in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:03.61 at the Gregory Invitational May 14.
