    2006 Highlights: Competed in three meets during the indoor campaign...set a season best with a toss of 11.21m in the weight throw at the Chicago Opener on Jan. 7th, placing fifth in the event...took ninth in the weight throw at the Purdue Invite.

    2005 Highlights: Picked up a personal-best, heave of 12.04 meters in the weight throw at the UW-Milwaukee Tune-up...that mark was also good for fourth-best on the squad...finished fifth overall in the hammer throw (42.85 meters) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...that mark was the second-best hammer throw of the season for UIC.

    Prep/Personal: Competed in football, baseball and swimming for Whitney Young...helped Dolphins to the conference championship and an appearance in the city championships in Wrigley Field...started for the varsity football team as a freshman...helped Whitney Young to an appearance in the state playoffs as a freshman...won the `Coaches Award' for swimming as a senior...also competed for the UIC Rugby team in 2003...helped UIC to the Chicago Area Rugby Football Union championship and an appearance in the Midwest Regional Tournament...kicked the game-winning field goal to upset Northwestern on October 4, 2003...born on October 4, 1984...son of John and Gerlinde Fleischhacker...major is movement science.
