Indianapolis, Ind. - After earning all-conference honors in his first two seasons with the University of Illinois at Chicago men's tennis team, junior Nick Bodmer was named to the All-Horizon League Second Team after another sparkling season leading the Flames.

Bodmer finished the regular season at 17-10, playing No.1 singles for the Flames and was a distinguished leader on and off the court.

Bodmer also picked up academic honors this week for UIC, as he was named the men's tennis and overall male student-athlete of the year at the UIC academic awards banquet last Monday evening, along with teammates Amol Desai and Neil Ahluwalia.
