Chicago, Ill. - The University of Illinois at Chicago men's tennis team was defeated,7-0, by Horizon League rival UW-Green Bay on Wednesday afternoon at the UIC outdoor courts.

After securing the doubles point, the visiting Phoenix won five-of-six singles matches in straight sets.

Wade Clark was the lone UIC player to force a third game, as he battled Ben Davis to the conclusion. Davis eventually won the lengthy match, 6-7(5), 7-6(1), (11-9).

The Flames continue competition against league foes on Friday when they welcome Wright State to UIC for a 5:00 PM affair.
