April 9, 2002

DeKalb, Ill. - It was a rough day in DeKalb for the University of Illinois at Chicago men's tennis team, as a very good Northern Illinois team defeated the Flames, 7-0. This coming off a wonderful weekend for UIC, where they defeated both Cleveland State and Youngstown State.

The Huskies won each match in straight sets, with Nick Bodmer putting up the best fight, as he was downed, 6-0, 7-5 at No.1 singles.

The Flames will be back in action on Friday when they host IUPU-Ft. Wayne at 3:00 PM at the UIC outdoor courts.
