Hinsdale, Ill. - On Saturday at the Hinsdale Racquet Club, the University of Illinois at Chicago men's tennis team was upended by the Bulldogs of Butler, 7-0 in a Horizon League matinee.

Butler won each singles match in straight sets, while the UIC No. 2 doubles team of Nick Bodmer and Ken Howrey was the best hope for the Flames, but were eventually laid to rest by Josh Rey and Peter Voelz 8-6.

"The Butler kids just dictated each match and we never able to get it going," UIC head coach Hans Neufeld said.

The Flames will grab their racquets again on Saturday, as they host Wayne State at 6:00 PM in Hinsdale.
