Marquette handed UIC its second loss of the spring season, sweeping the Flames Wednesday night at the Helfaer Tennis Stadium in Milwaukee, Wis.

Freshman Karl Morgan saw his four-match winning streak come to an end with a straight sets (6-0, 6-2) loss to Marquette's Christophe Van Der Gucht.

The Flames, now 0-4 overall, have a home doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 5, battling Xavier at 9:00 a.m., then taking on Western Illinois at 1:00 p.m.
