    2004-05: Named captain of the team.

    2003-04: Sat out the season as a medical redshirt.

    2002-2003: Started off the year on a tear going 6-0 in the Western Illinois Singles Invitational...won the consolation round, of the sixth flight, at the Marquette Invitational where he and doubles partner Pat Zufan would win the Flight 3 doubles bracket...built a 8-1 singles record and a 6-4 doubles record.

    Prior to UIC: Transferred from Elgin CC...earned a bid to the NJCAA Nationals as a sophomore...was named to the Skyway Conference All-Academic Team twice.

    Prep/Personal: Competed at No. 1 singles and No. 2 doubles for St. Charles...qualified for state in 2000...two-time Academic All-Conference winner at St. Charles...born November 27, 1981...son of Gerry and Gail Wonneberg...major is structural engineering.
