    2008-2009: Competed primarily in the exhibition season, going 4-2 at the Bradley and Valparaiso Invites...advanced to the finals at the Valpo invite, falling to Dayton's Michael Koscielski in a three-set 2-6, 6-3, 10-6 affair...teamed up with Bastian Harbo to defeat DePaul's third team of Matija Palinci and Juan Munoz, 8-4 in the spring season.

    2007-2008: Went 2-1 in league action with victories over Wright State and Youngstown...defeated Indiana State's Michael Wenham 6-1, 3-6, 6-2...played in the sixth position for the Flames throughout February, picking up a win against Wayne State's Eric Szydlowski in a 6-2, 6-4 victory.

    2006-2007: Played in the 6th position for the Flames during the season...posted victories against Wayne State, Robert Morris and Chicago State in singles.

    2005-2006: Played in two doubles matches during his first season at UIC...attended the University of Illinois for a semester before transferring to UIC.

    Prep/Personal: Four-year letterwinner at Centennial...played No. 1 singles for the Chargers...state qualifier as a junior and senior...played in Futures Qualifiers in the summer of 2005...competed in the Junior Davis Cup...has played in numerous USTA tournaments...played in the Midwest Closed tourney in the 16 group...honors student at Centennial...born April 4, 1986...son of Mike and Donna O'Brien...undecided on a major.
